Description
Over the few years, Mushtaq’s have invested significantly on a research and development program in order to create, design & manufacture a fully automatic and real three dimensional Multi –Axis Universal Jalebi making machine.
The capability is unique in the industry, allowing the user a selection of pre programmed patterns, at the pressing of a switch to create the perfect pattern being deposited.
Endless production capabilities are available were labour intensive hand decoration is required, confectionary, cake decoration, Jalebi, amrati, Chukri, Maruku, String Hoppers.
In addition to its cake production abilities, the Jalebi machine can be easily fitted with a wide array of stainless steel depositing nozzles and accessories, to handle food products which can be injected, deposited, layered, metered and topped by using our metering pump system such as:- Batters, butter, cheesecake, cottage cheese, cream cheese, creams, custard, fruit fillings, honey, icing, jelly, ketchup, molasses, mustard, oils, peanut butter, preserves, pudding, purees, ricotta cheese, salad dressings, salsa, syrups, tomato paste, tomato sauce, whipped cream yogurt and many other products.
For Jalebi production the machine is available with frying & syrup line or can be manufactured bespoke to fit your existing fryers.
