Full description

This machine features a unique flame cooking process that preserves the original moisture content, flavour of the cooked food and ensures even and uniform cooking of the product. Precise control of the interaction between cooking temperature and moisture allows the user achieve rapid cooking without dehydration of the food product, rendering fat simply drains off into our unique steaming drip trays which serve a dual purpose, not only do they catch any debris but also steam the product reducing cooking times and ensuring the product is moist.

This machine is simple and easy to use the product is simply loaded on to conveyor manually or now available with full extruded automation with auto loading of conveyor, producing thousands of cooked products without the having to handle the product, reducing the risk of contamination.

Delivering high levels of production and consistency, through the use of adjustable speed control and temperature control to regulate output levels.

Full stainless steel construction with insulated casing for improved safety and complying with food safety regulations, with simple and efficient cleaning by the use of the specially designed removable burners which through their innovative design do not get blocked resulting in even cooking of the product, unlike inferior burners found in other grills.
